dhc Appoints Five Specialists To Its Rapidly Growing Team

dhc, a business software integration and financial management specialist based in Godalming, Surrey, has added five new members to its team. The appointment of Sabyasachi (Sabs) Banerjee, Jackie Letham, David Moore, Vicky Cresswell and Katy Stoneham is in response to company growth, following the success of implementing Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 2011 for small to medium sized businesses.
In March 2011, dhc (a Microsoft Gold Partner) announced that it had added Microsoft SharePoint 2010, to its technology portfolio and more recently the cloud-based SharePoint Online. To help clients get the most from these powerful business collaboration platforms it has recruited Sabs Banerjee, a specialist who joins from Avande UK as a SharePoint Consultant. Both Jackie Letham and David Moore join dhc’s busy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, which helps organisations to become more competitive by developing a more customer-focused approach to running their day-to-day operations. Jackie previously ran a CRM project management and consultancy business for nine years and joins dhc as a CRM Consultant. Her role involves analysing the specific needs of a business, designing the right solution and following it through to implementation. Post implementation David works closely with these organisations to help them get the most from their CRM systems. dhc prides itself on the quality of service it delivers to its customers and is currently shortlisted for a prestigious Software Satisfaction Award 2011. To continue this dedication to customer service the highly experienced Vicky Cresswell has been appointed to provide first line support to dhc’s customers. dhc’s marketing department is now being managed by new appointment, Katy Stoneham, Marketing Co-ordinator. Katy has moved to dhc after working for the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), where she worked for over five years as a Marketing Manager. Katy will be working to host webinars, events and to promote dhc to the business community.
