dhc Enters Software-as-a-Service Market With 7Global

Partnership delivers Microsoft Dynamics CRM on a hosted basis
dhc, provider of integrated software solutions, today announced that it is working in partnership with the leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) hosting specialist 7global. The two companies will be working together closely to provide dhc clients with access to Microsoft’s leading enterprise CRM platform, Dynamics CRM, on a hosted basis.
Working with 7global, the new service from dhc is ideally suited to CRM or XRM (Anything Relationship Management) users who are actively considering hosted or cloud-based services. Users will experience a fully operational CRM service, which reduces the need for a large capital outlay and heavy dependence on the IT infrastructure, typically associated with an installed enterprise platform.
“Gartner recently reported that in 2009 revenue from cloud computing should total $7.5 billion, which is a 17.7% increase from 2008,” said dhc Director Matt Garman. “Where traditional on-premise CRM systems often require more upfront time and man-power, a hosted solution offers the same services as an internal programme, but at a more attractive price point for organisations with restricted budgets. It is also an ideal tool for those organisations that are new to CRM and would like to ‘test’ the services available.”
“We’re delighted to be a part of this exciting new venture with dhc,” said 7global’s Managing Director, Chris Bithell. “7global is dedicated to offering its clients an extensive range of managed services with total transparency and predictability. Combining our track record in hosting CRM and XRM products with dhc’s product knowledge and consultancy skills means that we are able to offer a first-class hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.”
