Debt Management
- The dhc Education Suite brings total student debt control into the finance system with the education specific Sales Ledger which has been designed to include multiple levels of account and transaction line analysis. To facilitate more effective debt management, the dhc Education Suite provides payment plans for students and a highly effective credit control system to assist with debt chasing. This web-based self service facility reduces the amount of administrative work needed to be done by accounts staff, allowing them to concentrate on core value added tasks.

Purchase Control - The dhc Education Suite provides an electronic end-to-end purchasing system from purchase requisition to order, invoice matching through to payment with online approval throughout the process. The dhc Education Suite provides users with the ability to assign costs to pre-defined cost centres with in-built authorisation to allow tighter control over departmental budgets.

Reporting - The dhc Education Suite has powerful reporting functionality with web and intranet interface that allows remote and office users access to key management information - including full drill down. The reporting capabilities reduce time spent by finance departments creating endless reports and eliminates the need to re-key information into Excel to analyse data. The dhc Education Suite produces custom views of live data and Crystal Reports tailored to the users specific requirements.

Project Costing - Using a combination of a strong Nominal Ledger and the Project Accounting Module, the dhc Education Suite enables Universities and Colleges to implement structures that will comply with management and project based requirements with the ability to move towards TRAC (Transparent Approach to Costing) and FEC (Full Economic Costing)

Integration - When implementing a system, integration is a key issue for any organisation. This is especially true with Universities and Colleges who need to integrate with a variety of internal and external applications, including; Accommodation systems, Student Loan Company, Student Records including tuition fees, Payroll/HR, EPOS till systems and MS Office. The dhc Education Suite integrates into a wide range of systems using real time integration with no user intervention required. This ensures accurate debt information and automatic posting of receipts and allocations. Additionally, payments recorded immediately at EPOS tills feed data directly into the main ledgers.
