It is important these changes are communicated to the people involved, as their acceptance will be crucial and therefore it remains essential that change is presented to them in a way that it can be understood clearly and confidently.

Our sales people have all undergone the same level of training as many of our consultants and are able to work with you to build simulated examples that provide you with confidence in what is being proposed. We then work with each one of our clients and carry out a detailed business requirements schedule, documenting all key element of the system as well as key processes the system needs to support, this protects our clients from any potential issues that may have been overlooked by either party prior to contracting for delivery.
