At dhc our implementation team is trained to exceptionally high standards developing high levels of client trust and commitment that we will work together for the common goal.

The transition to an alternative system always brings with it significant change that must be acknowledged and respected by all parties. It is important these changes are communicated to the people involved, as their acceptance will be crucial and therefore it remains essential that change is presented to them in a way that it can be understood clearly and confidently.

Implementation Teams Accreditations

ACAP (Access Consultants Accreditation Program) is a Project Management methodology designed around the implementation of software. All Access Specialist Centres are required to have a third of consultants accredited. 3 of dhc's senior project managers are accredited, receiving fantastic scores including the first distinction in the dealer channel, by the end of the year all senior project managers at dhc will be ACAP accredited.

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based method for effective project management. PRINCE2 is a de facto standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. Emma Bonner, dhc’s Implementation Manager has passed PRINCE2 at both Foundation and Practitioner level.

With these combined qualifications dhc are now able to provide a structured and controlled delivery of all our implementation projects from conception through to completion. This a further step in improving our customer experience, as dhc continue to strengthen the skill set of the implementation team to offer the best service to customers possible. 

Our sales people have all undergone the same level of training as many of our consultants and are able to work with you to build simulated examples that provide you with confidence in what is being proposed. We then work with each one of our clients and carry out a detailed business requirements schedule, documenting all key element of the system as well as key processes the system needs to support, this protects our clients from any potential issues that may have been overlooked by either party prior to contracting for delivery.
