Important VAT rate change from 17.5% to 20% from 4th January 2011
The UK Government have announced the VAT rate willl change on the 4th January 2011, from 17.5% to 20% the aim of this page is to ensure our customers are fully prepared for this increase and to assist them with this transition - to minimise any disruption.
VAT Change Guidance Notes
Prior to implementing any VAT changes, please ensure you read the information provided by the HMRC at HMRC website - VAT Rates Change in conjunction with the following the documents;

What you need to do
Service Patch
To cater for this change, Access UK have produced a number of Service Patches which you will need to download from our FTP site and install. The service patch automatically contains any custom Hot Fixes you have previously been sent for your version. If you have customised software then you should contact the Account Management team who will be able to advise you further.

How to download the Service Patch
To access our FTP site and download your Service Patch, please go to dhc's FTP Site you will need to enter your specific username and password. For instructions on how to access the FTP site please read the following document; Instructions on how to access dhc's FTP site
